look, the way i see it, this game — the house is fucking with us. it just feels real to us because we can see the dead bodies, like if playing monopoly meant we were buying actual real estate. but people are coming back to life through the same dumb rules, not because the people who've been made witches or necromancers actually have those abilities. when this game ends, i'll bet you money that everyone who bit the dust will come right back. no one who plays with their toys like this really wants them to go away. the more toys you have, the more fucked up fun you have with them.
